UX Architect at Duck Creek

Duck Creek Technologies provides off the shelf, configurable software that allows insurance carriers to conduct their core business, ranging from quote generation and policy issuance to account management, billing, and filing claims. As a User Experience Architect, I served as a platform and UX subject matter expert, designing optimal operational workflows for carriers and their end-users. Below is a demonstration of the user interface I designed for the Duck Creek Policyholder product, which allows users to effectively manage their property and automotive policies.
