UX Designer at HighGround

HighGround is an employee engagement platform, where employees can give & receive recognitions, set & track goals, give & send feedback, and purchase products with points received.

As a UX Designer, part of a wider product management and design team, involved designing new features and redesigning existing features based on product market fit & competitive fit and user feedback. Responsibilities include conducting user research sessions, designing mockups off of user stories, and quality assurance testing the platform.
